This means more of the face of the unit is taken up by the screen. Obviously, you can use a virtual on-screen keyboard with the stylus when necessary. It has a whopping 4 inch screen, so I don't have to squint.
That obviously makes it larger than a normal PDA or smartphone, but that's fine - it's not like I carry it with me all the time. It's larger size also means a very powerful processor by PDA standards, and good battery life despite the big screen.
